Junior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Graystone Capital is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Human Resources Specialist to support its Dubai office. The role focuses on recruitment assistance, onboarding, employee administration, HR documentation, payroll support, and compliance with UAE employment requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination
• Support employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
• Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID applications, and UAE compliance requirements
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave administration, and payroll support
• Support employee‑relations and staff‑engagement activities
• Coordinate performance‑appraisal processes and employee‑training programmes
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous HR experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good understanding of HR processes and administrative procedures
• English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, UAE HR administration, compliance, attendance, payroll support, and employee‑record management
