Junior Instrumentation Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

Saipem is seeking a fresh graduate to join its Abu Dhabi team as a Junior Instrumentation Engineer. The role supports the design, documentation and execution of instrumentation systems for energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in instrumentation design and engineering activities.
• Prepare datasheets, drawings and technical documentation.
• Support the creation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Material Take‑Offs (MTOs) and material requisitions.
• Participate in P&ID reviews and overall project design tasks.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate project execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and HSE requirements.
• Provide on‑site support during construction, commissioning and start‑up phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduate with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivated to learn and develop within a professional engineering environment.
