About the role
The Junior Lawyer – Enforcement will join the litigation team at ADIB HQ, providing essential support in managing enforcement and execution files that arise from court judgments and legal claims. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical legal skills in a fast‑paced banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the litigation team in handling enforcement and execution cases linked to court judgments.
- Track execution actions and follow up with relevant authorities as required.
- Maintain organized case files and legal documentation.
- Update and upload court documents, hearing decisions, and results in the e‑case system.
- Prepare legal opinions and internal/external legal reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary documents for cases.
- Provide case status updates to internal stakeholders upon request.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Excellent organizational and file‑management skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with e‑case management systems.
