Junior Link Building & SEO Specialist

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for two Junior Link Building & SEO Specialists to manage end‑to‑end link placements across the group’s websites. You will own the process from research and outreach to negotiation, placement, verification and performance monitoring, reporting directly to the Head of Search.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑quality link opportunities using the vetted publisher database and personal outreach.
• Qualify prospects based on real traffic, relevance to property/travel/business topics, and domain rating (DR 40+).
• Contact site owners, pitch placements in personalized English, negotiate pricing, and decide when to walk away from unsuitable deals.
• Order articles from the internal content pipeline, ensure correct anchor text and target URL, and chase publications until the link is live.
• Verify that each link is do‑follow, indexed, and remains active; run 90‑day checks and arrange replacements for dead links.
• Maintain the Marketing OS pipeline, recording costs, statuses and performance data for every placement.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional eager to take ownership of link‑building projects.
• Strong written English communication skills for outreach and negotiation.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet a target of up to 20 quality links per month after ramp‑up.
