Junior-Mid Level Designers

About the role

X-Architects is seeking curious and driven Junior to Mid‑Level Designers to join a multidisciplinary studio that creates architecture rooted in land, culture and narrative. You will be involved in the full design process, from concept generation to schematic development, on internationally significant projects across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of concept ideas, diagrams and 3D studies.
• Assist in preparing presentations, drawings and visual outputs.
• Contribute to model‑making, research and design exploration tasks.
• Participate in internal design workshops, exercises and interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Work closely with senior team members on live projects to grow technical and design skills.

Required profile

• Strong design thinking and conceptual ability.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of context‑driven design and material sensibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D modelling software: Rhino, Revit, SketchUp.
• Strong command of the Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design and visualization tools (e.g., Midjourney, Krea, ComfyUI, ControlNet) is a plus.
