Junior Operations Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Operations Executive to join our UAE team. This entry‑level position focuses on monitoring and processing financial transactions while providing prompt support to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and approve transactions in line with company processes and compliance standards.
• Handle client inquiries regarding transaction status, delays, failed payments, and beneficiary fund receipt.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to investigate and resolve transaction issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients via email and other channels, providing regular status updates.
• Maintain and update Excel/MIS sheets documenting client queries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Escalate critical or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA or a related banking/finance field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations or financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
