Junior Paralegal – FMCG Industry

About the role

The Junior Paralegal will support the legal department of a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Dubai. The role involves providing essential legal assistance, preparing documents, and conducting research to ensure smooth and compliant business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate governance by maintaining company records, resolutions, statutory registers and filing corporate documents.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, NDAs and other legal documentation while tracking renewals and key obligations.
• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel and notaries to obtain approvals, registrations and renewals.
• Support due‑diligence, KYC processes, cross‑border corporate structures and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration, compliance initiatives and ad‑hoc legal projects.

Required profile

• Relevant educational qualification in Law or Legal Studies.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
• Excellent organisational and research abilities.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
