Junior Procurement Officer – Arabic Required – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Procurement Officer who is fluent in Arabic and English to support procurement operations for a leading automotive company in Dubai. This role offers an excellent entry‑level opportunity for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments in both Arabic and English.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with stores for inventory replenishment.
• Support supplier evaluation and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Handle ERP/Odoo procurement activities and ensure compliance with procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience.
• Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) and proficient in English.
• UAE experience preferred; automotive, engineering, manufacturing or industrial background is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/Odoo procurement modules.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
