About the role

The Junior Proposals Engineer will develop core technical knowledge of departmental systems and support offshore and onshore project activities while receiving training and guidance from senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

Understand departmental systems, procedures, and operational standards to build technical expertise.
Assist in offshore and onshore project activities, handling tasks of increasing complexity.
Attend technical training programs and courses to acquire discipline‑specific skills.
Support senior engineers in executing complex assignments and learning construction methodologies.
