Junior Quantity Surveyor – UAE National (Electrical)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail‑oriented UAE National Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our Technical (MEP) team. This role offers the chance to contribute to tender preparation and evaluation for major construction projects across the UAE while building a rewarding career in quantity surveying. You will review technical documentation, prepare quantity take‑offs and ensure accurate project costing and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Check and ensure the completeness of drawings required for the tender.
• Handle and maintain all tender documents, drawings and revisions according to procedures.
• Review received documentation, work on the latest revisions and understand drawings, scales, specifications, BOQ and pricing preambles.
• Raise RFIs through the Estimator for any discrepancies and follow up as needed.
• Perform quantity take‑offs from drawings to verify BOQ quantities match the drawings.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager/Estimator.

Required profile
