About the role

Zagros Search, a specialist legal executive search firm operating across Germany, the UK and the United States, is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its Dubai hub. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with senior legal professionals and law firms, supporting strategic hiring mandates across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Building relationships with senior legal professionals and law firm partners.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Germany and the United States.
• Managing search assignments from initial briefing through to completion.
• Conducting market mapping and headhunting projects.
• Working closely with clients to understand strategic hiring needs.
• Developing long‑term candidate and client relationships.
• Contributing to the growth of existing accounts and opening new client relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues across Dubai and London.
