Junior Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Junior Reporting Analyst will support a major regional logistics and supply‑chain partner by turning raw operational data into clear, actionable reports. Working remotely for Arabian Private Holdings, you will help ensure that strategic advice is based on accurate, well‑structured information.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clean operational data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain recurring KPI reports for the logistics portfolio.
• Draft briefing notes that translate technical findings into plain English for senior principals.
• Identify patterns or inconsistencies in large data sets that could affect governance.
• Research industry trends in the regional logistics sector.
• Create visual aids and charts to simplify complex financial and operational information.
• Monitor the performance of operating‑model changes over time.
• Coordinate with internal team members to align data with project goals.

Required profile

• Strong logical thinking and ability to organise information clearly.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data tools.
• Excellent written communication, able to explain numbers in plain English.
• Curiosity about large holding companies and logistics networks.
• Self‑motivated remote worker who meets deadlines.
• University degree or equivalent in a quantitative or analytical field.
