Junior Sales Analyst – Inside Sales

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle is looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to join the Inside Sales Property team in Dubai. You will act as a data evangelist, supporting marketing, sales, finance and product teams with insights that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Access, construct and manipulate large datasets using queries and formulas to support analyses.
• Design and develop dashboards, extract data and share reports via Google Sheets or other visual tools.
• Define KPI metrics, ensure data governance through standardisation and clear communication.
• Monitor performance, conduct quality‑control checks and provide actionable insights to sales/account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of analytics experience in an internet/e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Google Sheets.
• Experience writing queries (SQL or similar).
