Junior Sales Executive

About the role

The Junior Sales Executive will support the HVAC service department by generating new business, managing customer relationships, and helping the team meet its revenue targets. This entry‑level position offers exposure to both sales and technical aspects of after‑sales services in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate enquiries through cold calls, walk‑in meetings and site visits to identify potential HVAC service customers.
• Convert enquiries into contracts for annual maintenance contracts (AMC), repairs and spare‑part sales.
• Identify new customer verticals to achieve the sales budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely submission of reports, invoices and payments.
• Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to maintain profitable relationships and understand future demand.
• Monitor actual sales against budget and adjust activities to meet targets.
• Increase the AMC base and generate additional business from existing customers.
• Follow up on credit collections to avoid delays or disputes.
• Prepare accurate sales reports for the Sales Manager as required.

Required profile

• Degree in any engineering discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales and marketing of HVAC after‑sales services, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service processes.
• Good communication and customer‑service orientation.
