Junior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially curious Junior Sales Executive to join Conductor by SEMI, our semiconductor supply chain intelligence platform. Working directly with the commercial lead, you will be involved in the full deal cycle from outreach to hand‑over for close, gaining exposure to enterprise sales in a technical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle sales activities including outreach, discovery calls, product demos and hand‑over to closing teams.
• Research and build target account lists across APAC, Europe and the US.
• Execute outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn and phone at volume.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partner networks quickly to maintain momentum.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM (HubSpot or similar) with accurate pipeline notes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in SaaS or software applications.
• Fluent English and proficiency in Mandarin, French, German, Japanese or Korean is a plus.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach and handling rejection.
• Coachable, organized across time zones and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
