Junior Sales Representative

About the role

Baker Boys, a food production company operating in the United Arab Emirates, is looking for an entry‑level Junior Sales Representative to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on building customer relationships, presenting food products effectively, and supporting revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers within assigned market segments.
• Present Baker Boys products, pricing, and value propositions clearly.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and respond to sales inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, record customer information, and update sales activity accurately.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to support order fulfillment.
• Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
• Work toward agreed sales targets while maintaining professional service standards.

Required profile

• Clear verbal and written communication with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to prospect for customers, qualify opportunities, and conduct effective product presentations.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, negotiation, follow‑up, and pipeline management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with retailers, businesses, and other buyers.
• Good organization, time management, and attention to detail when handling orders and quotations.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with production and delivery teams.
• Interest in food products, consumer markets, and developing a career in sales.
