Junior Sales Specialist – Account Growth (Northern Emirates)

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is expanding its presence in the Northern Emirates. We are looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to join our Sharjah office, build strong relationships with partner businesses and drive monetisation of the Fresha platform.

Key responsibilities

• Meet KPIs on monetisation, retention and revenue growth by proactively engaging partners.
• Analyse performance reports and execute upsell plans to increase revenue from existing accounts.
• Conduct online video meetings to ensure a strong partner experience and address their needs.
• Maintain consistent communication and support to foster long‑term relationships.
• Work on‑site five days a week in a collaborative office environment.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaking – mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Sharjah.
