Junior Sales Specialist – Account Growth (Northern Emirates)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Specialist focused on account growth for the Northern Emirates. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build relationships with partners and drive monetisation of Fresha’s AI‑powered platform. The role is office‑based in Sharjah and requires fluency in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Meet KPIs on monetisation, retention and revenue growth by proactively engaging partners and demonstrating platform value.
• Analyse reports and execute upsell plans to increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
• Conduct online video meetings to build strong partner experiences and maintain engagement.
• Maintain a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrable experience driving commercial growth in large account bases, preferably in SaaS.
• 1‑2 years experience as an SDR and 1‑2 years as a revenue‑generating account manager.
• Commercially motivated and target‑oriented.
• Self‑starter with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Experience selling to SMBs.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong time‑management and planning abilities.
