Salonist is seeking an ambitious Junior Sales Specialist to join its growing sales team in Dubai. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates eager to start a career in B2B SaaS sales, communicate confidently with customers, and be driven by performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Understand prospects' business needs and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate the Salonist platform to potential customers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
• Support negotiations and convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with onboarding and customer‑success teams after closing.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Confident speaking with customers over phone and online meetings.
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating software products.
• Target‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of CRM or SaaS products is advantageous.
