Junior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real‑estate business in Dubai expanding our Salesforce platform. As a Junior Salesforce Developer you will support the Technical Lead in building, optimising and maintaining the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce customisations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow and APIs.
• Design, build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as property portals and third‑party data providers.
• Create dashboards and reports covering leads, conversion, agent performance, pipeline, revenue and marketing attribution.
• Implement custom functionality like referral engines, automated sales workflows, approval processes and AI‑driven agents.
• Review, improve and maintain solutions delivered by the implementation partner and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Junior Salesforce Developer with hands‑on Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow and API work.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Good communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
