Junior Social Media Manager – Luxury Hotels

About the role

Elevate your digital marketing career on an international level by joining the marketing and brand communications teams for Dubai’s premier 5‑star luxury hotels, hospitality groups, and lifestyle dining destinations. We are seeking a creative, agile, and trend‑focused Junior Social Media Manager to create engaging content, manage community interactions, and build high‑impact social campaigns for luxury hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and photos showcasing hotel amenities, dining venues, events, and guest experiences.
• Maintain an organized social media content calendar, write compelling on‑brand copy, and publish posts across multiple platforms according to strategic schedules.
• Monitor inbox inquiries, engage with comments, re‑share user‑generated content, and maintain a responsive, polished online brand voice.
• Assist in coordinating influencer stays, media visits, and brand partnerships, ensuring seamless on‑site execution during shoots and events.
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, video views, follower growth), gather performance insights, and prepare monthly social media performance reports.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid South African passport.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing; hospitality or luxury brand experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with mobile video editing apps, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Flawless written and spoken English with a strong eye for aesthetic design and brand storytelling.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate full‑time to Dubai, UAE.

Required skills

• CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot (mobile video editing).
• Canva (graphic design).
• Later, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite (social media scheduling).
