Junior Sous Chef – Dubai Business Bay

About the role

As a Junior Sous Chef you will lead and coordinate kitchen activities, preparing high‑quality dishes that enhance guest experiences. You will maintain food quality, kitchen standards and step in for the Head Chef when required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service across all outlets.
• Maintain food quality, inventory control and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Provide operational coverage and support during team absences.
• Train and coach team members on SOPs, HACCP and service standards.
• Uphold brand standards, health and safety regulations, and a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Junior Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
