Junior Sous Chef – Rialto (Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the Rialto team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The role combines hands‑on kitchen leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient, friendly, and attentive service that exceeds expectations.
• Oversee and actively participate in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Supervise kitchen sections to ensure tasks are completed according to standards, including stock management, portion control, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Implement measures to minimize waste and control operating costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Evaluate food products for consistency and quality, maintaining high standards in food preparation.
• Monitor team members' grooming, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations and SOPs, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Culinary Arts training from a reputable establishment – minimum 6 months.
• Previous HACCP training.
• 3–5 years of experience in the same role within luxury hospitality or a high‑end restaurant.
