Junior Structural Engineer – UAE National (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAE National Junior Structural Engineer to join our Dubai team. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in structural design, site coordination and project execution within a leading multinational construction group.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in design and evaluation of tender and project design.
• Assist in producing design reports based on calculations performed with various FEM tools.
• Develop permanent and temporary works structural design packages under supervision of senior engineers.
• Conduct site visits during construction to verify compliance with design intent and specifications.
• Ensure designs meet relevant codes and standards (ACI, Eurocode, BS, AASHTO, ASTM, etc.) and project specifications.
• Prioritise safety and HSE compliance in all structural solutions.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives and continuous improvement of design practices.

Required profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree in Structural preferred).
• Knowledge of steel and concrete structural design.
• Familiarity with ACI, AISC, ASCE, BS EN international codes and local regulations.
• Proficiency with structural software and AutoCAD.
