Kaizen Operations Drilling Support (MWD/LWD, Directional Drilling)

About the role

The Kaizen Operations Drilling Support role ensures the successful deployment and adoption of the Kaizen digital drilling application. It combines rig‑based and office‑based product support, training, and advisory services for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and support Kaizen digital drilling products on rigs and in the office.
• Provide product training and ongoing support to customer‑side Drilling Engineers before and during deployments.
• Gather feedback, offer drilling advisory, and ensure sustained adoption of the solution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Line, Field Engineering, Operations and Digital Commercialization groups to deliver specialized Kaizen knowledge for trials and deployments.

Required profile

• Familiar with drilling practices and able to identify concerns using real‑time drilling data.
• Provide frontline digital drilling solutions support and escalate issues according to defined processes.
• Communicate daily with internal teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally and a self‑motivated attitude.

• Experience with MWD/LWD technologies.
