Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Consultant to join our Commercial Vehicles team at FAMCO in Dubai. The role focuses on building the customer base, growing market share and establishing the brand as a leading choice for fleet and transport customers across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation businesses, contractors and key commercial customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through quotation, negotiation, order placement, delivery and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies, logistics operators and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of trucks, fleet operations and the UAE truck market.

Required skills

• Strong truck sales experience within the UAE market.
• Excellent business development and key account management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid United Arab Emirates driving licence.
