About the role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager / Sales Manager to drive the growth of Snapdragon‑powered notebook and PC products across the Middle East, focusing on the UAE and Saudi Arabia on behalf of Qualcomm. The role will manage retail and e‑retail relationships, support product launches and ensure strong market visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail and e‑retail partners in UAE and KSA (Sharaf DG, Jarir, Extra, etc.).
- Drive sell‑out growth for Snapdragon‑powered notebook and PC products.
- Support retail activation, product launches, promotions, visibility campaigns, and in‑store execution.
- Work closely with retail buyers, category managers, OEM partners, distributors, and store teams.
- Identify growth opportunities within the notebook, PC, and premium mobile computing category.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, retail pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Ensure strong Snapdragon visibility and correct product positioning across relevant retail channels.
- Support training and enablement activities for retail staff and sales teams.
- Coordinate with field sales, promoters, merchandisers, and training teams where applicable.
- Provide regular reporting, market insights, and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail account management or channel sales in the Middle East technology market.
- Demonstrated exposure to leading IT and consumer electronics retailers in UAE and/or KSA.
- Good understanding of the retail landscape, distributors, OEMs, and brand interactions in the region.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in sell‑out growth, promotions and retail execution.
