Key Account Manager - EPC

About the role

CNOOD ASIA LIMITED, a global EPC solution provider headquartered in Shanghai, is hiring a full-time Key Account Manager for its EPC business. The position is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid model, combining on-site collaboration with some flexibility to work from home. The manager acts as the main point of contact for clients in oil and gas, water, mining, renewable energy and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic EPC key accounts and develop account plans
• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate proposals
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions in close cooperation with engineering, procurement, logistics and construction teams
• Monitor project performance, analyse data and client feedback, and prepare reports and forecasts
• Proactively address risks and issues to maintain client satisfaction
• Support contract negotiations and align commercial terms with company objectives
• Represent CNOOD in client meetings, site visits and industry events

Required profile

• Experience managing key accounts and building long-term, trust-based customer relationships
• Experience in EPC or related industries (oil and gas, water, mining, renewable energy, infrastructure)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage

• Solid analytical skills: interpreting data and evaluating project and account performance
• Business planning and commercial acumen: account plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including presenting solutions and handling complex stakeholder environments
