Key Account Manager – Global Freight Forwarding (Dubai)

About the role

Emagine Solutions Technology is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead its global freight forwarding business in Dubai. You will be responsible for a portfolio of multi‑million‑dollar strategic accounts with an average relationship length of over ten years, covering FMCG, events, retail, ambient and chilled logistics, high‑value cargo and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic, high‑value accounts with complex supply‑chain requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers in supply‑chain, logistics, procurement and finance.
• Lead service reviews, quarterly business reviews and commercial meetings with clear agendas and actions.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across air, sea, road, warehousing and value‑added services such as temperature‑controlled transport, insurance, customs and project logistics.
• Coordinate internally with operations, customer service, pricing and finance to ensure consistent delivery.
• Handle escalations, service issues, delays and claims while protecting the client relationship.
• Manage contract renewals, rate reviews and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain accurate account plans, forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Required profile

• Proven key account management experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing accounts without compromising trust.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Experience in at least one of the following sectors: FMCG, retail/consumer, events, temperature‑controlled, high‑value cargo or energy.
• Highly organised, responsive and calm under pressure.
