About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead customer development, design tailored supply‑chain solutions and drive profitable project execution for JD.com’s enterprise clients in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Development & Maintenance – Proactively identify key client needs, build and nurture high‑level relationships, and design comprehensive account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity.
• Solution Design – Leverage internal and external resources to analyze industry trends and client challenges, develop tailored supply‑chain solutions such as cost modeling and pricing strategies, lead bidding and negotiations, and ensure efficient project execution.
• Project Operations Management – Monitor project quality, profitability and payment timelines; coordinate cross‑functional resources to resolve issues, optimise workflows and cost structures, and achieve business objectives while enhancing profitability.
• Market Insights & Strategy – Gather industry trends, competitor intelligence and client feedback to produce market analysis reports, drive product innovation and model enhancements to strengthen the company’s competitive edge.
• Team Collaboration & Empowerment – Oversee project team roles, improve efficiency through training, incentives and process improvements, and cultivate a skilled talent pipeline to ensure organisational sustainability.
