About the role
The company is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business objectives and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across the pharmaceutical ecosystem in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, map, engage and manage ecosystem stakeholders across the region.
- Serve as primary liaison, ensuring resource prioritisation and driving solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and identify partnership opportunities with local health authorities.
- Implement strategies to obtain and maximise market access.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
- Based in the UAE with at least 3 years of sales experience in Dubai.
- Experience in Oncology or primary care portfolios such as GIT, Respiratory, Women’s health.
- Strong network within the pharma industry and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Customer engagement and management.
- Stakeholder mapping and relationship management.
