Key Account Manager

About the role

noon is building a digital ecosystem of products and services across the Middle East, and its on-demand marketplace NowNow connects customers in the UAE and KSA with groceries and everyday essentials delivered quickly. It is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage the relationships of top marketplace sellers and help them grow on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships and performance for top marketplace sellers in your portfolio.
• Help and train sellers to expand their selection, add categories and improve sales.
• Exceed targets for selection, pricing, seller/brand acquisition and seller performance metrics.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions, and prepare sellers to outperform them.
• Plan and manage promotions.
• Resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.
• Understand category dynamics, seasonality, new launches and market trends.
• Benchmark competitors online and offline and fill supply gaps at competitive prices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including giving constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving ability to design strategies that improve support quality.
• Ability to work with little supervision and take responsibility.
• Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Presentation skills.
