Key Account Manager – Owner Relations

About the role

First Class Property Management is the largest short‑term rental management company in the Middle East. As a Key Account Manager – Owner Relations you will be the single point of contact for our most important property owners, keeping them informed, confident and committed for the long term.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key owners after onboarding, acting as their single point of contact.
• Explain performance clearly – occupancy, ADR, RevPAR – and how each unit compares to the market.
• Contact owners proactively with monthly reviews, market updates and a clear plan for each unit.
• Spot at‑risk owners early and act before problems turn into termination notices.
• Recommend the right product for each unit: short‑term, mid‑term, long‑term leasing, upgrades or sale.
• Coordinate with revenue management, operations and maintenance to resolve owner issues quickly.
• Handle renewals and upsells within your portfolio.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years in account management, property management, hospitality or asset management.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to read revenue reports, spot trends and turn numbers into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, especially with demanding international investors.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and strong PowerPoint skills for owner reports and presentations.
• Fluent English.
• Calm under pressure, organised and follows through.
• Experience with PriceLabs, a PMS or a CRM is a plus.
