Key Account Manager – Respiratory (Dubai)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager – Respiratory within Sanofi’s Specialty Care team, you will drive strategic growth across the Dubai territory. You will build meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutional decision‑makers to bring innovative respiratory treatments to patients who need them most.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory‑specific account plans for the UAE market, aligned with the national commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with pulmonologists, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision‑makers.
• Drive product adoption through scientific and value‑based engagement, translating clinical data into commercial propositions.
• Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the UAE respiratory ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to ensure aligned account strategies.
• Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends, reporting insights to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of UAE market experience managing accounts and HCP relationships.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or account management experience, preferably in specialty care, respiratory, biologics or immunology.
• Strong understanding of the UAE public and private healthcare landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently in a field‑based environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
