Key Account Manager – Secure Power & Data Center Solutions

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with major customers in the Northern Emirates, focusing on secure power and data‑center solutions. The role combines sales growth, customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership development to support the company’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts such as large enterprises, colocation providers and critical‑infrastructure clients.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic customers, aligning solutions with their operational and business objectives.
• Conduct regular account reviews, performance tracking and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the region.
• Lead negotiations, contract renewals and pricing strategies for secure power and data‑center offerings.
• Engage with C‑level executives (CIO, CTO, Data Center Directors) to discuss energy efficiency, digital transformation and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, sales or business development within the power, data‑center or related technology sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives and influence decision‑making.
• Understanding of sustainability and energy‑efficiency concepts.
