Key Account Specialist

About the role

The Key Account Specialist will support the Global Key Account Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important customers across the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and helping to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, conducting regular check‑ins and updating customer profiles.
• Support the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Gather and analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CSD, QC, HR, finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, providing accurate data for decision‑making.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics, sharing insights with the Global Key Account Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or account management (at least 1 month).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
