Key Accounts Development Controller – UAE National

About the role

The Key Accounts Development Controller supports Emirates' Global Sales team by providing accurate data and analysis to drive the development of key account relationships. The role ensures timely information flow, enabling effective decision‑making and profit maximisation across the airline’s strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate global and regional sales approaches, gathering data from outstation sales teams and Pricing.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of policy documents, guidelines and company information to support high‑quality RFP responses.
• Manage creation and execution of marketing plans with partners such as TMCs, corporates, OTAs, cruise companies and student specialists.
• Collaborate with IT to implement, test and roll out business and IT projects, reporting any deviations from expected outcomes.
• Provide accurate, timely data to the global sales account management team and ensure revenue accounts receive incentive payments on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or honours) with at least 5 years of commercial/sales experience, preferably in the airline industry.
• Strong people, team‑management and leadership abilities in a multicultural environment.
• Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively.
• Experience in cross‑functional project management and systems implementation is an asset.
