Key Relationship Manager - Funds

About the role

A growing international FX and payments provider in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Key Relationship Manager for its funds desk. This is not a traditional relationship management role focused only on servicing existing accounts; it is about building strong relationships across the UAE funds ecosystem, particularly Fund Administrators, Corporate Service Providers (CSPs), Fund Managers and Family Offices, and growing the funds desk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with fund administrators, CSPs, fund managers and family offices
• Build and leverage relationships with key decision-makers, including fund operations teams, CFOs, COOs and corporate services professionals
• Generate business through referrals, strategic partnerships and existing industry networks
• Manage the full sales cycle, from introduction and client engagement through to onboarding and account growth
• Identify opportunities to offer multi-currency accounts, FX and international payment solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding and long-term relationship development

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, corporate services or a related environment
• Strong exposure to Fund Administrators, CSPs, Fund Managers or Family Offices
• An established network across the UAE funds ecosystem, ideally within DIFC and ADGM
• Experience in client relationship management, business development or commercial client services
• Proactive, commercially driven mindset able to generate new business and develop referral partnerships
• Experience in fund services, corporate services, fund administration or alternative investments strongly preferred; UAE market experience strongly preferred

Required skills

• Understanding of fund structures, SPVs, corporate entities and their banking requirements
• Exposure to FX, international payments or transaction banking is advantageous but not essential
