Kids and Teens Club Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Kids and Teens Club Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this supervisory position you will oversee daily club operations, lead a team of staff members, and create engaging, safe, and enriching experiences for children and teenagers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily club operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
• Plan, organize and coordinate age‑appropriate recreational, educational and social activities.
• Lead, train and mentor club staff, providing constructive feedback and performance guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations and organizational policies.
• Monitor participant behaviour, apply positive discipline strategies and maintain detailed records of attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians and staff regarding program updates and participant progress.
• Manage club resources, including equipment, supplies and facilities, to optimise program delivery.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and staff engagement.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a youth‑focused organisation or recreational facility.
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behaviour management and engagement strategies.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and families.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem‑solving and program evaluation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
