About the role
The Kids Club Animator is responsible for delivering a safe, fun and engaging recreation experience for guests of all ages at the hotel. This role supports the overall guest experience by managing activities, assisting with events and ensuring the child‑focused areas operate smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for recreation activities, providing information about pools, beach, entertainment zones, fitness centre and child activities centre.
- Encourage, register and schedule guests for recreation activities, promoting a fun and safe atmosphere.
- Assist with private functions, manage point‑of‑sale transactions and process equipment rentals.
- Observe activities, respond to emergencies, provide first‑aid assistance and report accidents.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work with guests of all ages and assist individuals with disabilities.
