Kids Club Animator

About the role

The Kids Club Animator works within the youth program at a Sheraton property in Dubai, contributing to the team goal of providing fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests in a warm and welcoming environment. The role involves building rapport with children and parents and taking part in daily club activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organize arts and crafts time, lead games, read stories and sing songs.
• Promote the club's youth programs and activities and help parents register for them.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean, neat and well maintained.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, keep a professional appearance, protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist people with disabilities and use clear, professional language.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification.
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
