About the role
Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is hiring a full-time Kids Club Animator in Dubai. The role contributes to the youth program's goal of offering fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests, in a warm and welcoming environment. It is a non-management position.
Key responsibilities
- Build rapport with children and parents and take a genuine interest in them
- Organize arts and crafts, lead games, read stories and sing songs
- Promote youth programs and help parents register for them
- Keep facilities and equipment clean and well maintained
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications
- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist people with disabilities and follow company policies and quality standards
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related or supervisory experience required
- CPR and first aid certification
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
