About the role

Join the vibrant hospitality team at a leading hotel in Abu Dhabi as a Kids Club Attendant. You will create a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests, ensuring memorable experiences during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities, games, and educational programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming Kids Club space at all times.
• Supervise children’s activities, monitoring safety and responding to any incidents according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with Kids Club Counselors to implement daily schedules and special events.
• Interact positively with children, parents, and guardians, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Care for equipment, toys, and supplies, ensuring proper use and storage.
• Promote an inclusive atmosphere that reflects Abu Dhabi’s multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Willingness to comply with occupational safety and health (OSH) instructions and safe working procedures.
• Ability to take reasonable care for personal health, safety, and that of others.
• Commitment to report hazards, near‑misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a proactive approach to improving the Kids Club experience.
