Kids Club Attendant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Kids Club Attendant to join our vibrant hotel team in Abu Dhabi. You will create a safe, fun and inclusive environment where young guests can learn, play and grow during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate age‑appropriate games, activities and educational programmes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming Kids Club area at all times.
• Supervise children’s activities, monitor attendance and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club Manager to implement daily schedules and special events.
• Interact positively with children, parents and guardians, addressing their needs.
• Ensure proper use and care of toys, equipment and supplies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or accidents following established procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in childcare, camp or recreational settings (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices to keep the area tidy.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
