Kids Club Attendant – Full‑time

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant creates a safe, fun and engaging environment for children participating in the hotel’s Kids Club activities. You will supervise children, organise age‑appropriate recreational and educational programmes and ensure high standards of health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children throughout Kids Club sessions.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate recreational and educational activities.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional service to children and their parents.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming Kids Club environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in a hotel, resort, childcare centre, school or similar setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly, energetic, patient and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• CPR certification (advantage).
• Basic first aid certification (advantage).
