Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi as a Kids Club Attendant. You will create a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests, ensuring they enjoy memorable experiences during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children’s activities, maintaining a high level of safety at all times.
• Assist the Kids Club Manager in planning daily schedules, special events, and age‑appropriate programs.
• Keep the Kids Club area clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests.
• Monitor attendance, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle equipment, toys, and supplies responsibly, ensuring proper use and storage.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or accidents following established protocols.
• Interact positively with children, parents, and guardians, addressing any concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• High level of responsibility and attention to safety.
