Kids Club Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah, UAE. You will create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for young guests while supporting the Recreation Supervisor and Entertainment Director.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Entertainment and Kids Club Supervisor to maintain a secure, clean, and age‑appropriate environment.
• Greet parents and children professionally, ensuring accurate completion of registration forms and child history information.
• Organise and track inventory of toys, games, and equipment, reporting maintenance or replacement needs.
• Inspect equipment and facilities daily to meet safety standards.
• Enforce club rules consistently while modelling positive behaviour.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules, adapting to diverse interests.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the club and crèche areas.
• Communicate club facilities, operating hours, promotions, and pricing to parents.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to children’s needs and behavioural challenges.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, childcare, or a related field.
• Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in a 4‑5 star hotel or resort setting.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearance.
• Strong organisational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina to remain active throughout shifts.
