Kids Club Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Kids Club Attendant at a premier resort, you will create a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests and their families. Your daily interactions will help shape memorable holiday experiences while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and host age‑appropriate, entertaining, and educational activities in line with the Children’s Club concept.
• Follow pre‑opening, opening, closing and post‑closing operational and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain constant awareness of children’s whereabouts and ensure a safe environment.
• Greet arriving young guests, provide babysitting services on request, and intervene when conflicts arise.
• Handle guest complaints, involve supervisors when needed, and strive to increase guest satisfaction.
• Manage club consumables, merchandising stock and coordinate child amenities with other departments.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas to improve operational procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact courteously with guests and parents.
• Good judgment, discretion, and safety awareness when dealing with children.
