Kids Club Attendant – Resort

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant ensures the smooth operation of the resort’s children’s club, delivering a safe, fun, and memorable experience for young guests. Working on‑site at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, you will be the friendly face that guides children through daily activities while upholding the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Kids Club to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of resort products and services and communicate them to families.
• Inspect equipment for wear or damage and perform necessary adjustments.
• Collect and manage supplies according to resort procedures.
• Plan, deliver, and record daily and weekly children’s programs.
• Provide information on facilities, activity options, rules, and safety procedures.
• Monitor activities to ensure safety compliance and address any unruly behavior.
• Promote and encourage participation in children’s activities.
• Clean and maintain all children’s equipment, vehicles, facilities, and grounds.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Explain safety devices and demonstrate proper use to children.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and occasional babysitting duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Polite, professional, and able to represent the hotel’s image positively.
• Punctual, efficient, and courteous with guests, children, and colleagues.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, uniform, and body language.
• Ability to suggest improvements to enhance the resort’s overall service.
