Kids Club Attendant – Russian Speaker

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a Kids Club Attendant who can speak Russian to join its Little Nomads Kids Club team. The role involves delivering high‑quality, safe, and engaging activities for young guests while supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the day‑to‑day operation of the Kids Club to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Create unique, culturally relevant activities that showcase the local area and enhance the club’s competitive advantage.
• Implement health and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for all children.
• Execute the Little Nomads activity programme and monitor participation and guest feedback.
• Maintain clean and well‑kept equipment and facilities within the club.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, including the Spa, to promote additional services.
• Handle accounting procedures for any club fees and drive departmental revenue.

Required profile

• Valid child‑care certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a 5‑star hotel Kids Club.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
